Meet Katie!
Who Are We?

- I am Katie. My husband, Joey, and I bought our first home in Kenosha, WI on May 27, 2010. Like many first time home buyers, this new responsibility made us a little anxious - yet very excited! And we wanted to make this home "us"! The house is old - built in 1928. We are young. And our goal is to bring some fresh youthfulness into its 1,750 square feet while still keeping some of the original charm. So, with a little sweat equity, and not a whole lot of moolah, we started the renovation process hoping to turn this old house into a young, vibrant home. Follow along with us as we journey down this DIY home makeover path together.
